Each kilt pin from Celtic Studio is solidly constructed and individually created. The design features a Medieval athame dagger with a cruciform cross guard and a circular disk on the hilt. An athame, similar to a sgian dubh, is a black-handled, double-edged dagger traditionally used to channel and direct psychic energy, often seen as etheric fire.

At the center of the athame is a shield or targe adorned with a raised Celtic interlace border. Mounted on this shield is your unique Scottish Clan crest, beautifully rendered in sterling silver.
