Return Policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging.

  • Items Eligible for Return:

    • Unworn and undamaged jewelry and souvenir items.
    • Products in original packaging with tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.

How to Start a Return

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return shipping instructions.
  3. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your original item, we’ll send out the new item promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
